
AI disclosure and customer sentiment.

For legal reasons it’s important to disclose when customers are interacting with an AI system. How do customers themselves view AI transparency?
It’s not an area that has been greatly researched, but the indications are that customers react positively to it. This sort of makes sense. We’ve probably all had that “is it an avatar, or not?” feeling. It doesn’t help with trust.
What little research we have found suggests that disclosure helps with trust, which helps with brand engagement.
